Yes, modern man is totally cut off from nature and he does not seem to realise this. One should only get a chance to experience the communion with nature to know what is missed!

It is a harsh truth that majority of the people in Urban areas could be seen spending most of their time on mobiles or on internet browsing. Even rural India has not escaped this, especially with mobiles! Atleast people in villages have farms all around them but how privileged do they feel? They are struggling to survive with all the adverse effects of development though it has yielded some benefits too.

City dwellers, at least may miss being in the midst of nature especially those who are born with their love of nature. Many people do realise the folly of the current work culture and do want to try to break from its shackles. One also needs to draw a line on how much he/she wants to be part of the competitive world to try to stay a step ahead of others. There is a discipline needed here to draw that line.

One has to deliberately fight the temptations of modernization, keep a balance of work and leisure and take that extra effort to spend time with families. The best soother for all this nature which one could enjoy in any form or at any time.
