Diet is a major topic of debate in today's world. Today most of the world's population is obese and needs to have a healthy diet to stay for a long life. Diet according to many is only healthy eating, but it is more than that.
Diet is a kind of routine in every person's life. More than 75 % people in this world fail to understand proper diet and it's inner meaning. Diet according to doctors of the WHO is considered as:

- Hypertension
These all are very dangerous diseases and without proper medication and steps can be considered deadly.
