2×22/7×42250

=265571.42
now, time =24 hrs.
s=v/t
2655071.42/24

110627.97 km/h

Given,

Radius (r) = 42250 km

Time (t) = 24 hours

Distance will equal to perimeter of the orbit

= 2πr

= 2π * 42250

Speed of artificial satelite  

= 2π * 42250/24

= 11059 km/h
