Answer:  Distance travelled = πR/4 ,  Displacement = √R²/2

Explanation:

Distance travelled = 2πR/4

Given, radius = R/2

Now,

Distance travelled = (2πR/2)/4

= πR/4

Then,

Displacement = √(R/2)² + (R/2)²

= √(2R²/4)

= √R²/2
