An athlete completes half round of a circular track of radius R, then the displacement covered by the athlete is n R. What is the value of n ?​

☆ therefore ,  

Distance = half of the circumference of the circle

  • Circumference of the circle =

hence, distance = pi × R

Displacement = diameter of the circle

  • Diameter = 2 R

hence ,  Displacement = 2 R
