Answer:

Distance = 1200\pi

Displacement = 0 m

Explanation:

2 minutes = 120 sec

Speed = Circumference / Time          [Circumference = 2\pir

           = 2 x \pi x 200 / 40

           = 10\pi m/s

i) Distance = Speed x Time

                  = 10\pi x 120

                  = 1200\pi

                  ≈ 3769.91 m

ii) Displacement

At then end of 120 sec the athlete will be back at his starting point,    completing 3 rounds

So,

Displacement = 0 m

Hope this helps! :)

If it does then please mark as brainliest!

Answer:

time take 2 min 20 see = 140 sec

radius =100m

in 40sec athelete complete 1round

so 2 in 14 seconds athletics will complete = 140 ÷ 40 = 3.5 ground

distance covered in 140 sec = 2πr multiply 3.5

= 2 multiply 22 by 7 multiply 100 multiply 3.5

= 2200 m

displacement = diameter =200m
