Let uniform speed is V

ATQ

2πr = v×30

Therefore, V= 2πr/30

Let A be the initial point for the athlete . So, after 45 seconds, he will reach at point B

Therefore, Distance covered in 45sec = 2πr/30× 45

= 3πr

Displacement covered in 45sec = AB = 2r

Distance/Dispacement = 3πr/2r

= 3/2π

in 30 second his displacement is zero
distance =2pir
and now in next 15 seconds he will cover half circle more
displacement is 2r
distance= 2*pi*r+pi*r=3*pi*r
so you can find the ratio
