An athlete completes round of circulation of track of diameter 200m in 20 s. tell me distance travelled by athlete and magnitude of the athlete at end of 1 min and 10 s​

the answer is 700 metre

reason :

in one minute there is 60 sec

therefore for 1 min 10 sec its 70 sec

now

in 20s its 200m

in 70s its x

do cross multiply and is your answer

circumference of circular track 2π×200/2= 200π

200π meter of distance is travelled in 20sec.Then,

distance travelled in 1sec=200π/20=10π meter

distance travelled in 1min 10 sec(70sec) is 10π×70 = 700π = 700×22/7 = 2200 metre.

round completes in 1 min 10 sec=

700π/200π = 7/2 = 3.5 rounds
