At the end of half round,

Velocity =Displacement/time

=diameter of the circle/time

=28+28/10

=5.6m/s

At the end of two round,

Velocity =Displacement/time

=0/20+20

= 0m/s

Hope it helps

Answer:

first,

radius =28m

time for two rounds =70sec, then

time for one round = 35sec

v=

v = 2\pi \: r \div t

v=2x22/7x28/35

so v=5.2..

approx 5m/s
