An athlete runs around a circular park 10 times. If the diameter of park is 280 m find the distance covered by the athlete in kilometer

distance =number of times run around ×circumference
athlete runs =10 times around park
circumference =2×diameter
=2×280
=560m
distance covered(in kilometer)=560m×10=5600m
1km=1000m
=5600/1000=5.600km(or)5.6km
