An athlete takes 10 rounds of a rectangular park , 70 m long and 40 m wide. Find the total distance covered by him.?

Please explain everything step by step :D

perimeter of the park = 2(l+b)

so 2(70+40)= 220m

distance covered by athelete is 220×10= 2200m

or 2 km and 200m
