The athlete is running on the perimeter of the rectangular garden.

The perimeter of a rectangle is, 2(L+W)
Here the Length(L) can be 185m and the Width(W) can be 168m.

So, the Perimeter(P) of the garden will be:

P=2(L+B)
=2(185+168)
=2(353)
=2x353
=706

Now, the Perimeter of the garden is 706m.
Since, the athlete takes 6 rounds of the garden, his total distance traveled will be 6 times the perimeter. That is:

6x706m
=4236m

Therefore the total distance covered by the athlete is 4236 meters, or 4.236 kilometers.
