an athletic cover a certain distance in 30 minutes at the uniform speed of 12km/hr by how much increase speed so as to cover the same distance five minutes

time=1/2hr
speed=12km/hr
distance=12×1/2
=6km
distance=6km
time=1/12hr
speed=distancr/time
=6/1/12
=72km/hr
increase in speed=72-12=60km/hr
