An atom "A" has the electronic configuration 2,8,6. i) Will it be longer then or smaller in size tjen element "B" (Atomic No.14) why? ii) To which of the following elements would be it chemically similar O (8), C (6), N(7), Ar (18)? Why?

Atom A would be smaller than B because it has more electrons as compared to B and more the atomic no., smaller the size of atom.
It would be similar to Oxygen because Oxygen has the electronic configuration 2,6 and both of them have 6 electrons is their outermost shell.
