ANSWER

Atomic no.= no. of protons = 3

Mass no. = no. of protons + no. of neutrons = 3+4= 7

Electronic configuration of the atom is

K, L

2, 1

Hence, Its Valency is 3.

The atom with 3 protons would have atomic number = 3

Mass number = No. of protons + No. of neutron = 3+3 = 6

And, for finding the valency we have to write its electronic configuration i.e. 2, 1

Hence, its valency is 1.

HOPE THIS COULD HELP!!!
