Number of Proton = Atomic number
So,
Atomic number =11

Mass number=proton + neutrons
Mass number=11+12= >23

Electronic configuration=2,8,1(11)

Name of element is Sodium

Answer: Atomic number = 11, Mass number = 23 and Electronic configuration = 2, 8, 1

Explanation:

Atomic number (Z) of an element is equal to the number of protons present in it.

Z = Number of protons

Mass number (A) of an element is equal to the number of protons and neutrons (N) present in it.

A = Z + N

As the atom has 11 protons, therefore atomic number is also 11 (Z = 11).

As the atom has 11 protons and 12 neutrons, therefore its mass number is 23 (A = Z + N = 11 + 12 = 23).

Electronic configuration of an atom shows the distribution of electrons in it and the number of electrons in an atom is equal to its atomic number.

Electronic configuration = 2, 8, 1
