Hey friend,

With the atomic number 17,
and mass number 35.

The element have
protons( atomic number = proton)
= 17

Electrons ( proton = electron in the atom)
= 17

Neutrons(mass number - proton)= 35 - 17
= 18

shells in the atom= 2(k), 8(l), 7(m)
= 3 shells

And, the element is Chlorine.

Hope this helps!!!
