Given :

 \rm \: Force = 5 \: N \\  \rm \: Q_{1} = 2 \mu{C} \\  \rm \: Q_2 =  - 2 \mu{C}

To Find :

New force between them after touched them.

Formula :

 \rm \: common \: charge \: on \: both \: after \: touched \\  \\   \rm \:  \boxed{Q =  \frac{Q_{1} + Q_{2}}{2} }

Calculation :

 \rm \: Q =  \frac{2 - 2}{2}  = 0 \:  \\  \\  \implies \rm \: charge \: on \: both \: is \: now \: zero \\  \\  \therefore \:  \orange{ \rm{F = 0}}
