Gɪᴠᴇɴ :-

  • Mass of automobile vechicle = 1500kg
  • Acceleration of vechicle = - 1.7m/s

ᴛᴏ ғɪɴᴅ :-

  • Force between the vehicle and road

sᴏʟᴜᴛɪᴏɴ :-

As we know that

Force = Mass × acceleration

F = m × a

→ Force = 1500 × (-1.7)

→ Force = -2550 N

Hence,

  • Force between the vehicle and road is -2550N

Extra Information :-

  • S.I unit of mass is kilogram (kg)
  • S.I unit of Force is Newton (N)
  • S.I unit of acceleration Meter per second (m/s)

Given :-

Mass Of Vehicle = 1500kg.

Negative Acceleration/Retardation = 1.7m/s.

To Find :-

Forve between Vehicle and Road.

Solution :-

We know that,

Force is the product of Mass and Acceleration.

So,

Force = Mass × Acceleration.

Put the values.

➨ Force = 1500 × -1.7

➨ Force = -2500N.

Hence, Force = -2500 Newton.
