An Early morning walk is the best thing to start-off your day. It helps you to stay active and fresh all day long and it improves your health and makes you fit. Once when I was walking on the empty streets of my city I noticed a small park near by, I thought of to go and do my walk and exercises there. When I entered the park the fresh cool breeze hit my face slightly giving me a good feeling, the smell of the damp mud, the smell of the trees and plants the beautiful sight of greenery in front of me the sounds of birds chirping and the beautiful weather made me feel to immerse myself completely in the beauty of the nature. When I was walking through, I saw many people exercising, some jogging, some kids playing around and some people sitting on the bench to enjoy the view. When I completed my walk and reached home my day had been really good because of the nature.
