an earthquake has occurred and raghav uses the lift of his building to come down.is he correct doing so? explained why and why not​

Raghav is not correct,

He should come by stairs as if the building collides the lift would get smashed and Raghav can cause to death but if he comes from stairs he can hide below a table or any Base to save himself
