\huge\red{HELLO\:MATE}

velocity (v) =340m/s.

time(t) = 6s.

distance (s) =?

We know that :

=>2s = v × t.

=>2s = 340 × 6

=>s = (340×6/2) m

Therefore s = 1020m

Answer:

speed of sound, u=342m/sec

time taken for hearing the echo t=6s

distance travelled by the sound u×t=342×6=2052

speed=distance /time

so distance of the reflecting surface from the source =2052/2 = 1026m

hope it will help you
