Sub:- child labour
Sir,
I would like to focus the issue to the higher authorities and would like to draw attention towards child labour. The problem of child labour continues to pose a challenge before the nation. Many do not receive proper nutrition or care. They are denied the chance to be children. More than half of them are exposed to the worst forms of child labour such as work in hazardous environments, slavery, or other forms of forced labour, illicit activities Government has been taking various pro-active measures to tackle this problem. However, considering the magnitude and extent of the problem and that it is essentially a socio-economic problem inextricably linked to poverty and illiteracy, it requires concerted efforts from all sections of the society to make a dent in the problem. As per survey conducted by National Sample Survey Organisation (NSSO) in 2004-05, the number of working children is estimated at 90.75 lakh. As per Census 2011, the number of working children in the age group of 5-14 years has further reduced to 43.53 lakh..Government has accordingly been taking proactive steps to tackle this problem through strict enforcement of legislative provisions along with simultaneous rehabilitative measures. State Governments, which are the appropriate implementing authorities, have been conducting regular inspections and raids to detect cases of violations. Since poverty is the root cause of this problem, and enforcement alone cannot help solve it, Government has been provide free education systems to the children.
Thanking you,
Yours sincerely,

Sir,
I might want to center the issue to the higher experts and might want to draw consideration towards child labor. The issue of child labor keeps on representing a test before the country. Many don't get appropriate food or care. They are denied the opportunity to be kids. The greater part of them are presented to the most noticeably bad types of child work, for example, work in dangerous situations, bondage, or different types of constrained work, unlawful exercises Government has been taking different master dynamic measures to handle this issue.
State Governments, which are the fitting executing experts, have been directing customary assessments and assaults to recognize instances of infringement. Since destitution is the main driver of this issue, and implementation alone can't help explain it, Government has been providing free education to the kids.
I hope you consider my letter.
