Given :-

  • The current drawn by the electric bulb, I = 0.2 A

  • The voltage, v = 220 v

  • The amout of electric charge for one hour, Q = ? (Coulomb)

Solution :-

: \implies \bf Time  \: (t )= 1h

 \longmapsto \sf 60\times 60 \:  sec \\  \\\longmapsto \sf = 3600  \: s

We know that

\large \red \bigstar \: \:  \boxed{ \green{\bf \:  \:  \:   I=\frac { Q }{ t }} \:  \:  \: } \\

Substitute values in formula :-

\longmapsto \sf0.4=\frac { Q }{ 3600} \\  \\\longmapsto \sf Q= 0.4\times 3600 \\  \\\longmapsto  \boxed{ \purple{\sf Q =1440 \:  C}}

Amount of electric charge for one hour is 720 Coulomb

Answer:

1440 Coulomb

Explanation:

V=IR

R=V/I

R=220/0.4

R=550

Q=I×t

Q=0.4 A × 3600 s

Q= 4/10 × 3600

Q=4×360

Q=1440 Coulomb

Hope it helps you
