hey friend!!!!
=> P = V²/R
If V = 220 V
we have
100 W = 220²/R
R = 220²/100 Ω = 484 Ω.
This is the resistance of the bulb.
When
V = 110 V,
power consumed = V²/R = 110² /484 = 25 W.
hope it will help you

given,V1=220V
P=109W
since,P=V^2/R
So,R=V^2/P=(220)^2/100=48400/100=484ohm
now,P2=V2^2/R=(110)^2/484=12100/484=25W
thank u, Hope it helps!
