An electric bulb is rated 40w , 220 v. HOW MANY bulbs can be connected in parallel with each other across the two wires of 220 v line if the maximum allowabe current is 6 v

Current in one bulb = 40÷220
Current in N bulbs = 40N÷220, which must be less than 6.
So,
40N÷220=6
N=6×220÷40
N=33 bulbs
