an electric bulb is rated 40w ,220v .How many bulb can be connected in parallel with each across the two wires of 220v line if maximum allowable current is 6A

So the current is 6 Amps

We know that P = V * I
40 = 220 * I
I = 40/220
I = 0.18
But total current is 6 Amps

So no of lamps will beĀ 
6/0.18

Therfore answer is 33 Lamps.
