given data in the question  

Voltage  = V  = 220 V

Current  = I    =  5 A

Step 2:

Total power which can be derived from the system

                                                                = V × I

                                                                = 220  V ×5  A

                                                                 = 1100  W

 Let x be the number of the used 10 W bulbs = 1100 W

Step 3:

The full power x bulbs can then be drawn from that circuit  

                                                   10 x = 1100

                                                        x =   1100/10

                                                           = 110 bulbs
