The resistance , energy and total cost is 400\ \Omega , 3 kW.h and 19.5 respectively.

Given :

Potential difference , V = 200 V .

Power of bulb , P = 100 W .

We need to find the resistance of the bulb.

We know ,

Power ,

P=\dfrac{V^2}{R}\\\\R=\dfrac{V^2}{P}\\\\R=\dfrac{200^2}{100}\\\\R=400\ \Omega

Now , we need to find the electric energy consumed by 3 bulbs in 10 hours.

W=3 \times P\times t\\\\W=3\times 100\times 10\\\\W=3000\ W.h\\\\W=3\ kW.h=3 \ units \ .

Now, it is given that cost of one unit is 6.50 .

Therefore , total cost , C=3\times 6.50=19.5

Hence , this is the required solution .
