Power = 60 W .

Voltage = 240 v .

Current = power / voltage

             = 60 W / 240 v

             = 1/4 A

             = 0.25 A

If voltage became 192 v

Power = voltage × current

           = 192 v × 0.25 A

           = 192 v × 1/4 A

           = 48 W

ANSWER:

48 W will be the current.
