Solution:-

According to the Given Question

⟹Energy Consumed by bulb In one day = Power of Bulb × Time used for one day

Energy consumed=40*5 =200 watt

Energy consumed by bulb in 50 days =200*50=10000watt hour

Therefore,10000 watt = 10000/1000=

10 kwh

Cost of 1 unit electricity=3 per unit

Cost of 10 unit =3*10= Rs .30.
