An electric bulb of 75 W burns for 4 hours a day. What will be the cost of electricity involved in a month of 30 days at ₹2.5 per unit.

Power=75W Time=(4*30hours)=120hours
So, Energy =Power*Time
=75*120
=9000Wh =9kWh
Hence,Cost=2.5*9
=22.5rupees.
