First its ohm not homes

R1 = 20

R2 = 4

V = 220v

a) total resistance 1/R= 1/R1 + 1/R2

R = 20/9 =  2.22

b)

V = I R

220 = I * 2.22

I = 99.09 amp

c)

voltage across bulb = 220v
