yes definitely an element is charged and place near a magnet it will experience a force and also that means element is not charge then also it will feel because of the universal law of gravitation that if any two objects are keep with some distance between them then they attract each other with some force and in this question it must feel some force as the Domains law which states that the simplest particle of the magnet will attract the iron and then it is also object and the element is also object is not matter that it is charged or not but it will feel some force
