Torque= PESin theta

10/3 = P × 105 × Sin30°

10/3 = P × 105 × 1/2

3.33 = P × 52.5

P = 3.33/ 52.5

P = 0.06 Cm

U= - pE Cos theta

U = - 0.06 × 105 × root3/2

U = -5.4J
