An electric field strength created by charge qq is measured to be 4040 n/cn/c at a distance of 0.2 m0.2 m from the center of the charge. What is the new field strength when the distance from the center of qq is changed to 0.4 m0.4 m away with twice the charge of qq?

An electric field strength created by charge Q is measured to be 40 N/C at a distance of 0.2 m from the center of the charge. What is the new field strength when the distance from the center of Q is changed to 0.4 m away with twice the charge of Q ... from C1 would be much greater in strength than the attractive force from C2.
