An electric geyser of 2500W is used for 1 hour 30 minutes. Find electric energy consumed and the cost of electric energy consumed in 60 days at the rate of 8 Rs per kWh?

Daily usage of electricity E1=2.5 kw×8=20 kwh=20 units

Energy used in one month E=30E1=30×20=600 units

Cost =Rs.600×3.5=Rs2100.00
