no. of heaters = 4

As we know that power consumed

by one heater, P = V I

so, power consumed by 4 = 4P = 4 V I

= 4×250 × 3.5 = 3.5×1000 = 3.5 kW

So, 3.5 kW is the power consumed by the four such heaters.
