By Ohm's law

Voltage(V)=(Current(I))*(Resistance(R)) => V=IR

Given,

i=10A

V=220V

R=?

So,

R=V/I

R=220/10

R=22Ω

Therefore, the resistance of the Electrical Heater is 22Ω
