we know V = I R
implies , I = V / R = 220 / 750 = 22 / 75 = 0.3 ampere
also H = I² R T
therefore ,
H = ( 0.3)² x 750 x 220
H = 0.09 x 750 x 220
H = 165 x 10³ x 9 x 10⁻²
H = 14850 J
