An electric kettle rated at 2.2 kW for 4 hours a day. Calculate the number of units consumed by it in 20 days.

Given,
Power = 2.2 kW
time = 4 X 20 = 80hrs.

Therefore,
energy = p X t = 2.2 X 80 = 176kW
