Weight of the object (mg) = 2000 N

Height by which the object is raised (H) = 10 m

Time taken in lifting the weight (t) = 20 seconds

Work done = change in the gravitational potential = mgH

Work done = 2000 × 10

Work done = 20000 Joules

Now,

Power = \frac{Work}{time}

Power = \frac{20000}{20}

Power = 1000 Watts

Hence, the power of the motor is 1000 Watts
