Circumference of rod is 2πr.

Hence, 2*π*5 = 31.41 cm.

So length of wire in one round will be 31.41 cm.

Now, given is that in 2 seconds 200 turns are made.

Therefore, in one second, 100 turns will be made.

Length of wire wound in 1 second will be equal to 100 turns.

Hence, length of wire will be = 31.41*100

Length of wire = 3141.59cm or 31.41m.
