ANSWERS :-

GIVEN,

rating of the appliance = 1500 W , 250v

p = 1500 W ,

V = 250 Volts

time (t) = 60h

Now ,

(1) current drawn (I) = p/v = 1500/250

= 6 Ampere

(ii) Electrical energy consumed = power * time

= 1500 W * 60h

= 90000Wh

= 90 kWh

(iii) cost of electrical energy

= Electrical energy consumed in kWh * rate per kWh

= 90 * 4.50 rs

= 405 rupees

Given:-

Power:-1500w

Volt:- 250 V

Time:- 60 hours

Here,

Power of appliance(P )= 1500 W

Voltage of supply, (V )= 250 V

<b><I>According to the Question!!<b><I>

P = VI

=> I = P/V = 1500/250 = 6 A

This(6A) is the current drawn by the appliance

===============================
Second Answer;

Given:- TIME:- 60 HOURS

Time = 60 h = 60 × 60 × 60 s = 216000 s

Energy consumed = Pt = 1500 × 216000= 324,000,000J

= (324,000,000J/3600000) kWh

= 90 kWh

<I>
the electrical energy consumed in 60 hours is (90kWh)

=================================

Again,

According to the Question!!

Cost of 1 unit is Rs 4.50

Energy consumed in 60 h is = 90 kWh = 90 units

So,

cost of electricity used in 60 h = 90 × 6 = Rs 405

====≠===============================

Thanks!!!!!
