◆ Explaination -

Following reaction happens at Ag(s)|AgCl(s)|KCl(aq) electrode -

Ag + Cl- --> AgCl + e-

In this reaction, AgCl is used up but again produced from Cl- anion. Thus this electrode is negative w.r.t. anion.
