Velocity[v] = frequency[f]  X  wavelength[ lamda unit of wavelength ]

v = 500 X10 power 4 X60
   = 30000 X 10 power 4
   = 3 X 10 power 8 m/s

                                       Hope it helps.................

Answer:

(a) Frequency = 500MHz = 500 x 106Hz Wavelength = 60 cm = 0.6 m Velocity of wave = frequency x wavelength = 500x 106 x 0.6 = 3 x 10 power

8m/s .
