Electrons and protons have the same magnitude of charge but of opposite signs. Considering the magnitude of force only;

F = q*v*B

Since, q is of same magnitude and v & B is a constant, F experienced by both protons and electrons will be equal, the acceleration will be totally dependent on their masses.

F = m*a

a = F/m

Since, mass of proton is about 1836 times more than that of mass of electron; therefore the acceleration experienced by an electron will be more than that of the proton and the ratio is as follows:

a(e)/a(p) = m(p)/m(e) = 1836
