we know the change in kinetic energy is equal to change in potential energy so it is-3X/4

                                    = - 3X/4

                                    -3x /4 = Δ P.E. /2

                                       Δ P.E. =3X /2

Therefore ,the change in potential energy will be Δ P.E. =3X /2
