E = 1 eV
U0 = 10 eV
L = 0.5 nm
the transmission probability = T = e^(-2kL)
k = [√{2m(U0 - E)} ] / ħ
= [√{2 x 9.1 x 10^-31 (10-1) x 1.6 x 10^-19}] / 1.055 x 10^-34
= 3.838 x 10^25
T = exp(-2 x 3.838 x 10^25 x 0.5 x 10^-9)
T = 1.1 x 10^-7
i hope it will help you
