ANSWER = when heating is maximum the current is 4 amperes and when the heating is minimum the current is 2 amperes.

Explanation:

Given= power1 = 880w, power 2 = 440w and voltage =220v

we know that,

power = voltage  \times current

Current drawn maximum I =power/voltage

 =  \frac{880}{220}

 = 4 ampere

current drawn minimum I=power/voltage

 =  \frac{440}{220}

 = 2 ampere

Formula of resistance =

R= V²/ P

In first case

R= (220)²/880

R =48400/880

R = 55 ohm

In second case

R=(220)²/440

R=48400/440

R= 110

So, the resistance in 880w is 55 ohm , and resistance in 220w is 110 ohm.
